My Story
I’ve always loved running. Over the years, I trained for marathons and found joy in pushing my limits. Along the way, I saw many fellow runners suffer from injuries—some minor, some serious. What fascinated me was how so many recovered without surgery or medication. That’s when I first discovered the power of physical therapy.
I remember one moment clearly. During a marathon, as I passed the 19-mile mark, I saw a runner collapsed on the side of the road—completely exhausted. Someone calmly approached him, gently placed their hands on his head and abdomen. I didn’t know what they were doing, but to my surprise, the runner slowly stood up… and started running again.
I was amazed.
Another time, a runner sprained his ankle. Massage didn’t help, but then he visited a place known for its unique treatment. The practitioner looked at the ankle, placed their hands on it gently, and did almost nothing else. But the next day, the pain was gone.
Once again, I stood there in awe.
Curious, I dug deeper and discovered something called osteopathy—a gentle, hands-on approach that supports the body’s natural ability to heal. My curiosity quickly turned into passion. I decided to pursued physical therapy as my profession, and later, I was introduced to osteopathic principles in clinical practice.
Today, I combine evidence-based physical therapy with the holistic wisdom of osteopathy to help people move better, feel stronger, and heal naturally.
There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing someone return to the activities they love—without pain, and without fear.
I believe the human body is wise and capable. Sometimes, all it needs is the right support.
And I’m here to offer just that—by your side, every step of the way.
Moon Approch
Moon' approach is holistic and patient-centered. He doesn’t simply address surface-level issues — he listens to the entire body to understand the root cause of pain. Everybody has its own natural healing power. Once cellular metabolism is activated and ATP is generated, the body can initiate repair processes at the cellular level, enabling effective healing.
However, this process can be blocked — not only by injuries, but by faulty movement patterns and chronic overuse. Through skilled hands-on therapy, he identifies these barriers and removes them, allowing the body’s innate healing process to take over.
His goal is to create personalized treatment plans that help each patient feel better, move stronger, and restore their body naturally, so patient can live a more active, pain-free life.
With a deep understanding of the body’s natural intelligence, he uses his hands not only to treat, but to listen — finding the silent barriers that block healing, and gently guiding the body back to balance.
